scoob failed the mot!
 

i hate MOTs

i dropped my MY99 scoob of with stewart at east sussex mobile services for mot an a couple of silly bits of work and it failed on the following

1. nearside front hub has majour exsesive play (hub so badly worn a new bearing wont fit)

2.middle lap belt partially cut threw

3. both rear metal brakelines (the ones that go over fueltank) heavily correded

an to make things worse iv got to tax the bloodything this month too!
Still i spose i cant really complain as its in good hands and apart from the engine (replaced at 188000) the rest of the car is original and 215000 mile!

Oh dear.
 

I feel your pain mate.
I have friends that drive new cars, they don't understand how I send my cars for their MOTs expecting them to fail, and just hoping it's not for bad things, lol.

Like you say, with that kind of mileage, it ain't bad really :ok:
