I have just seen this on Sussex

PUT ON BY SHAZ


Baz was rushed to east surrey hospital last night with suspeccted heart attack not sure whats going on at mo was wityh him all last night but i got sent home this morning going back in later for visting hours and will know more hopefully maybe some of you guys could go and see him if you want pm me if you want to know what ward he is in and visiting hours which i think they are 3 till 5 and 6 till 8 not sure yet tho thanks shaz.

just little update baz has just phoned me all the test at mo are fine so prob are gonna be doing a lot more vvisitng is from 3till 5 and 7till 8 hes on AMU ward 8 bed e if anyone wants to visit il let you all no more when i do just told him your all thinkinh about him and his well chuffed that you all care so much had a little tear in his voive but at mo he sounds bright enough in himself thanks for all your well wishes shaz.

Good to hear all tests are fine at the mo, maybe it was just your cooking shaz :whistle:

You should print off all the comments so he can see for himself. If his indigestion has gone then tell him to get out the bed as they will need it :doubleup:

Hope he continues to get well soon and keep us updated, maybe he shouldnt drive the scoob anymore, may aswell give it to me!! :nod:

thanks for all the well wishers baz has just been moved to homeward which is the cardicac unit so hopefully there be able to tell us a bit more his in good spitits at mo but is well bored lol shaz.

Hi all, Baz here finally managed to get on here thanks to my beautiful Shaz, thanks babe, thanks for all the well wishes and kind words, I am being moved to Brampton tomorrow for a CT angio, then im being moved back, the doctors are a bit concerned about my blood pressure and ECG as they cannot stabilise them, so im being kept in until they resolve it, thanks to Ian for this and I will call you later if im allowed to escape the ward for 5 minutes, thanks for the squadron support Chocks, must have let my guard down and they caught me napping the blighters.

Thanks for providing support for my lovely Shaz all of you and I will be out in my scoob soon with Shaz to see you all.

I know exactly what you and Shaz are going though.

The worst bit about an angio is the shaving but having a nice nurse makes it worth while. :lol: :whistle:

I have had several of them done.

A LITTLE tip tell them you are feeling nervous and they will give you some chill out juice.

IT IS GOOD STUFF MAN :whistle: AND FREE :yeah:

sorry guys havent had chance to get on here but baz is now on the net there lol as ive sorted it for him he is in good spirits but we will know more tomoz so il let you guys know when we do many thaanks for your wellwished ans support.

just a little update baz has just left in an ambulance at 6.30 this morning to bracton hospital in fulham so should have some sort of idea whats wrong from today hopefully nothing to serouis will let you konw when i know shaz .

baz has just phoned me from the ambulance he had me worried for a sec then cos all i can hear was the siren but it for the other guy thats in there with him needs to get to the hospital bit quicker so they put the good old blues and twos on going through the middle of london to get there faster baz is loving it lol trust him so cant be that much wrong with him he loved the bit where they just went past a speed camera and it flashed them lol whats he like his in good spirits tho and just cant wait to find out whats wrong then deal with it then get home to me shaz .

We had a little chat and hopefully its put him at ease.

When I was in, I was home the next day after the procedure. but they have certain protocols after the main event.

yeah he spoke to me this morning saying you to had a little chat and thanks ian you have really put his mind at rest on this he told me he wished he just had the angiogram thingy done in the first place now but was frighted on how he would react to it cant control his temper with needels dont blame him tho it would have been ok if i was with him cos i can calm him down like with the others but they woudlnt let me but he said if had it done he would be home with me now but best to have this first maybe then go from there many thanks tho for your help again really much needed thansk shaz.

Just got back from Brompton thanks to Ricky the driver who took me there and back and getting through london very quickly, had a CT angiograph and feel a bit spaced out now due to the stuff they put in to me lol, back at east surrey in Redhill and waiting for the results as they have to process over 2000 images. Keep you informed when I hear something more, thanks for all the texts, e-mails and well wishes, Thanks to Ian for all your advice but looks like I will not be having the angiogramme at all now, talk soon, Baz

I have just spoken to the man HIMSELF (BAZ)

He is in good spirits and liked the chill out juice.

He is at the moment waiting for the consultants to analyse the results from today's test.

Should know whats been happening, TOMORROW (Friday)

One piece of good news is that it has not been confirmed that he has had a heart attack.

Which means that he will be able to drive as soon as he gets out.

Mind you is that good news???? :rofl:

Hi all, Came out of hospital around 4pm with some drugs to take, a bit out of it at the moment due to medication, Got to have an MRI scan as they need to check a couple of things with my heart, but all is good, glad to be home with my Shaz recovering. Just gave us the biggest scare of our lives, thanks to everyone for their support especially the one and only Ian :doubleup: makes you grateful for life and how valuable every day is. :doubleup:

My thoughts are with you. I was diagnosed with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy in August 2007. A condition of the heart that causes it to run to too fast and have palpitations.

Mine raised its head on a train just living London Bridge. I thought the Nat West tower was the last thing I was going to see!

I was in Hospital for 3 days and had loads of tests including an angio… which was truly awful.

Almost 2 years on I'm on medication every day, but can live a reasonably normal life... which means beer and curries (in moderation) are still on the menu.

The ‘stuff’ they have to look at your heart nowadays is remarkable, and medication is very advanced compared to 5 years ago.

I’m sure the DR’s and scans will sort you out. If you ever want to talk someone who’s suffered a problem with his heart… drop me a line.
