What Plugs for EJ25 STi Hawkeye

Was going to wander into my local motor factors for some PFR7B's but Opie oils lists something else for the EJ25 (not PFR6B's or 7B's).

What do people recommend ??

spark plugs in your car silversurfer are ILFR6B (NGK)

yeh that's what I read, just wondering if the PRF6B or 7B are a better choice.

Go for 7's, the Hawk plugs are a longer reach plug than the earlier models.
But as above standard are ILFR6B

PFR's are short reach for 2.0 models and pre 2005 2.5 STi engines.............

the later 2.5STi uses a specific plug as DB states above, we normally stock these in ILFR7 as an upgrade........
