Well all done and working fine, got to say if anyone its thinking about doing it its alot easier to pay someone else to do it, its a total pig of a job and not one i want to do ever again :-(

Its a complete bitch for sure.
Not done one on mine, but did help someone do one. As you say, loom is a pig. I had ther pleasure of doing one on a merc 190, now thats one you never want to do. Best tip is to take pics of stuff that you may forget. Took a whole weekend. |

Took ages, put it all back together and prayed i hadnt missed anything, anyway started her, turned the blowers on and................................nothing lol started to panic abit then realised i hadnt connected the matrix plugs, i remembered everything else apart from a slightly vital plug lol luckly i managed to get to them from behind the stereo, filled up the coolant and everything was fine, took 1.5 liters of coolant so it must of been a bad leak lol
