What's the best product/method to remove bird lime etching

Got my DA6 and a window in the weather so thought i would have a go at the bird etchings on the roof of the Audi

Started with the yellow pad and fine cut, no joy. So worked through the various options upto the hard white pad and course cut.

The roof area looks great but the bird etchings are still catching the light and visible (but better).

What do others recommend ?
I have got some Meg's x2 scratch repair. Would that be too course to use on a DA.

Had the same on the boot lid of the scoob. Tried everything but in the end it was going to be a repaint of the boot lid as it has eaten through the laquer.

The DA, some compound and the a good polish hid it but like yours, in the right (wrong) light, it was still there.

Just used some megs compound colour restorer on a nasty poo stain and it has now gone!! spent a good 30 minuits on it; buffed off then hard wax and has gone completely!! was quite a nasty one too wish i had taken a before and after as its the first time ive managed to buff one out also probly the worst? usually you can still see them if you look for it in the right light well chuffed with that jobs a gooden
