sourced another one,
Well after a 10 month break I've gone and put a deposit on another Scoob,,,
nothing special this time just a clean honest uk car, Shocked to see how the prices have changed again in a short time, and less decent ones around, |
Sensible decision, look forward to seeing some pictures.
|
as above - can't wait to see what your getting :ok:
|
i wouldn't get to excited it's just a uk2000 lol, my plan is just to use this one :-)
|
Hope you have a much better experience with this one then and get to enjoy it

Any clean low mile Imprezas are starting to get pricey now.
|
Collected it now.
I believe it's a forum members car, Nice and simple, 1st to go is that bass cannon so I can hear myself think, retro fit orange indicators and that's all, Quick snap http://i756.photobucket.com/albums/x...ps6ba1knsz.jpg |
Super shiny very clean example you got there benji .

Cheers Scott , is a plain Jane one, but nice and clean

That looks a really tidy classic you've found yourself there :ok: I think those wheels suit the car nicely.

I like that. :ok:
|
Very nice and shiney.

Very nice. Second painting skirts and put a colour coded STI6 front lip on. Will transform the look and look allot more aggressive, but still be in keeping with OEM type look. Done it in the past to my Silver classic and totally changed the look of it. Would personally keep clear indicators as well. At least until/if you decide to sell.
Stock is nice, but subtle individual touches are always nice. |
Saw the car parked up in Bexhill earlier, looks very nice :ok:
|
How's the Sigma coping in Bexhill ?
|
Cheers guys,
il look into painting them , but nothing is likely to happen to soon, but ive said this before lol, Scott seems to be fine aslong as your super close to the car and I mean super close lol , poxy police station radio signals |
looks very clean, pleased for you !:ok:
ohh the sigma alarm saga how i remember it with fondness!!!!:yeah::yeah: |

As if parking outside the Police station wasn't the safest place to park. The fact that they immobilise your car just means their going the extra mile (which is probably how far away from your house you have to park to get it working again) |

As thanks to munk we know that driving a Subaru/sigma into the circle of lost signal around a police station can cause you some Serrano grief as in the cars never going to leave under its own power for the next 2-300 yards away, That it was a recall and Subaru had to shield the alarm some how, and the MY00 cars got this, now having owned to many Subarus I know the sigma remote works fine from a distance and mine does but soon as at home it requires to be about 5mm away from the car to function lol , Just for the others to get where myself, munk and Scott are talking about it, The MY99 and MY00 impreza UK models only- came with the standard sigma alarm function, how ever this alarm runs the same signal frequency as the police station does, meaning that once the car is switched off the signal is unable to go from the key fob to the Ecu and resulting in the car not being able to start , but pushing/towing the car several yards away it works like nothing is wrong, It does not effect the key code tho as this is hard wired in and not requiring a signal, And as you can gather I live in this wounderfull circle of bliss, resulting in having to have my key fog nearly in the car to unlock it haha |
