i'm sure we'll find a way of shuffling people as required - i'm not planning on going anywhere but might still need to move the car as i'm hoping to find the paint guys to sort out my front bumper..... :whistle:

We have a team of around 9 to help arrange parking etc.
Just let one of us know that you need to be able to get out and we will get you in a suitable position.

Thanks for the offer Chris, but I would rather wait and get it done properly than just take from Vince only to find a problem. I really would prefer to get it mapped down there and drive away with a safe map and all in good nick.

So, what time are the gates opening for cars going on the stands...? I seem to remember 11:30 being mentioned, or can we turn up earlier to get a headstart on putting up tentage before the bevvies start a-flowing...?

We are getting the club stands and traders in at 11.00. As I think 11.30 may be a bit tight to get 130+ cars in and parked with what ever they might want to set up.

I think the plan is to set up tents from about 5.00pm, and then get on the sauce. Although, if you wanted to set up camp earlier then that won't be a problem.

Gates open at 12.00

Anybody going from the kent area doing a convoy up to this event???? id like to get up there at about 10.30ish, hate being late, real bad OCD!!!

Lee, we are meeting at 10.45 am at PP and leaving at 11.15am going via Haywards Heath to pick up people there. Give me time to get the photos done.

There will also be a couple (maybe more) leaving Shell Eastfield (Littlehampton) at 1015 to head up to Pease Pottage to join you guys.

I would think you need to leave a bit earlier than that ,i would leave pp at 11am at the latest

Theres probably gonna be a few Kent Scoobies meeting at Macy d's but not sure on time yet but i would imagine around 10ish
