Ok mate, will speak to you before hand anyway but it looks like we're meeting in Brighton at that time so you may be there a good half hour or so given the roadworks,latecomers etc? Sounds about right mate, but because of the road works which start at the Sussex Pad, you could add at least 5-10 mins on to that depending on traffic which hopefully won't be too bad! :-)

At the end of the A23 dual carriageway there is a flyover then at the roundabout 3rd exit ( I think) garage is almost under the flyover.
