Not sure what happened to Clive, I was looking forward to further updates on the P2 Project. :drive:

Clive's still about, he updates plenty of threads on Scoobynet - just guess he's not been on here too much lately.

Hongkongfooi 12-02-2011 09:42 PM

There is a BMW museum close to the Ring might be worth a visit
If we went beer tasting Worzel & Crowman would never get on the track & may not even make it back to the hotel :-D

Anger 12-02-2011 10:10 PM

I think some of us drank to the sun came up and still went on the next day ;)

worzel 13-02-2011 01:18 PM

I would like to get up to the castle at some point!

BMW Museum & Beer tasting sounds mighty good too.

Steve_PPP 13-02-2011 04:30 PM

all good suggestion so far folks! :)

Beer tasting :more: Koblenz is less than an hour away too on the Rhein - might be worth visiting?

Anger 13-02-2011 05:03 PM

But who would drive... I'd want to drink lol

BIG"E" 13-02-2011 05:28 PM

We should definitely do a repeat of

The hill climb we did on the first trip,

the hill out the back of Cockheim, after driving though the narrow cobbled streets.::drive::drive::drive::drive:

With the number one camera man set up with his super doooper video camera.:nod:

also go back the pub/restaurant in Adeneau, again from year 1.

Nige 13-02-2011 06:16 PM

Restaurant in Adeneau was really good. Especially watching the vid of Scott & his off. At the table you could see the poor sod was still in shock :drive:

ScoobySi 13-02-2011 07:40 PM

ScoobySi 14-02-2011 03:34 AM

Be my guest, but one of you will have to point out where to go if we loose the others as my sense of direction is probably as bad as James May's some times ;) And if none of you can handle your drink your walking :D

Si

worzel 14-02-2011 05:42 PM

Si, I have fast tracked you through, so you have full use of the site now. :ok:

It'll be great to see you down there with us.

worzel 14-02-2011 05:50 PM

OK guys. I will be looking to get the deposits off of everyone by Monday 28th February, so that I can guarantee the rooms.

If you can think of anyone who is not on the list, but has mentioned they might want to go, can you please let them know this. As Jacqueline has people queueing up to take the rooms left over after our booking.

I will open up a new thread ealry next week with the details for paying the deposits and the list of people going / deposits recieved, this will give everyone a weeks notice. I will also PM everyone on the list to bring it to their attention. As after 28th, if you ain't on the deposits paid list, you will unfortuantely have to find alternative accommodation.

Nige 14-02-2011 06:04 PM

Cool now i know it's getting close :drive:

Dear Mr Policeman, us Subaru Drivers would like to distance ourselves from this defamatory remark. All the BAD GUYS can be found on the MLR forum and not on any of the Subaru forums Mr Officer SIR!

As a caveat to the above Mr Policeman SIR, Rob Evo5 has both a Subaru and an Evo, so please do not include him any of your retribution.

We'll probably meet up at the big Shell station just before Dover i guess - everything will be confirmed closer to the time. We'll certainly all want to top up on vPower before getting on the boat :)
